Perhaps you want a Tex Mex fiesta with a whole Table Nachos and Birria Tacos or a feast of Burgers. This is just a guide to our most common requests. We do only casual dining experiences. Going the whole hog
We bring one of our Smokers along set up and finish the cook right before your eyes, Wow your guests while we slice the Brisket per serve, while they salivate over the Buffet of our other dishes. Negotiated depending on the Spend (limited to a 4 hr Service)
